The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched a licensed production of modern FPV-oules on the basis of one of the state-owned enterprises.
This is stated in the statement of the Defense Ministry.
It is noted that in the framework of the pilot project, which started in December last year under the general coordination of the Main Department of Defense Innovation of the MOU, the state was able to produce codified FPV-drones. Thus, as part of the Tripartite Agreement, the private developer granted a licensing permission to produce UAVs on the basis of one of the state -owned enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defense.
It is envisaged that the produced products will be directed by the units of the Defense Forces, and after working out the technology of production and its scaling of the SE will be able to participate independently in the tenders of the Defense Procurement Agency and other potential customers.
Ukraine has produced more than 10 models of FPV-punks with fiber, testing in the final stage-Ministry of Defense
“The experience is positive. Through the integration of the state into production chains, we have gained a clear understanding of the cost of production of drones and our competitive advantages in this market. This will improve the quality of finished products at the expense of constant competition, ”said the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Lieutenant General Ivan Havrylyuk.
It is noted that experts of the Main Department of Defense Innovation MOU have worked out a road card on the organization of similar industries together with other developers of unmanned aviation complexes. This can significantly increase production capacity to scale production.
Head of the Main Department of Defense Innovation Yuriy Taraanyuk. He declared his readiness to expand cooperation with private companies and the availability of a package of template documents and step -by -step instructions for launching similar production lines at other state -owned enterprises.
On December 21, 2024, the Institute of War Study reported that Ukraine continues to improve the production of drones. On December 20, the Armed Forces General Staff announced the completion of UAV tests on fiber, which will be more resistant to radio electronic struggle.
Russian troops recently launched such drones, in particular in the Kursk region.
Also in Ukraine it was reported that they collected the prototype of the first FPV-aroma made exclusively from the components produced
