The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has launched a pilot project, which provides for the use of photo and video recording during quality control procedures when receiving rear property for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Photo and video recording is carried out using portable video recorders (body cameras), which are used by representatives of state quality assurance bodies during control procedures.
It is noted that the use of means of fixation aims to ensure the objectivity and transparency of product acceptance procedures, as well as to form an evidence base in case of controversial issues during the execution of supply contracts.
As Colonel Yevhen Krasnikov, head of the Main Department of State Quality Assurance, noted, the introduction of photo and video recording corresponds to modern approaches to quality assurance and will contribute to increasing the responsibility of all participants in the process of supplying rear property.
The obtained photo and video materials will be used exclusively for the purpose of documenting the results of quality control and justifying the decisions made based on its results.
