“This will provide the urgent financing of the urgent needs of such units as Magyara Birds, K2, Rarog, Achilles, Nemesis, Black Forest. They have shown high efficiency: only 22.7 thousand enemy goals were destroyed over the past month, ”the minister explained.
Another UAH 1 billion will be allocated for antironous protection of evacuation and logistics routes.
“We work with partners separately on the financing of the Drone Line. The bilateral agreement with the Netherlands provides for the purchase of drones from Ukrainian manufacturers. Thanks to this instrument, the Oschadbank state has already provided bank guarantees under contracts worth € 837 million. Our goal is even more drones and more modern weapons for our defenders, ”Shmigal said.
Earlier, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Shmigal reported to receive three producers of state contracts for the production of drones-interceptors.
In Ukraine, drones-interceptors can produce 10 companies. In order to use all manufacturers as much as possible, you need to find $ 6 billion.
