The licenses cover electronic reconnaissance, countering Shahed-type strike drones, as well as guided missiles with automatic homing.
The first samples of weapons manufactured under these licenses are already being delivered to the Ukrainian army.
The decision became possible thanks to a government decree that allowed the transfer of military developments to mass production at once to several enterprises.
This approach ensures rapid scaling and competition between manufacturers.
The Ministry of Defense has strengthened the requirements for defense industry enterprises with debts.
