Thanks to the integration with state registers, the verification of grounds for dismissal from the service is performed without human participation, which eliminates the need to submit paper applications and personally visit the TCC every three months. The postponement status is updated online and displayed directly in the Reserve+ application.
The next stage of auto-renewal ended on February 2, during which seven new categories of citizens were added to the list. In particular, without bureaucratic procedures, school teachers, parents who raise children independently, guardians of disabled persons, as well as those who care for seriously ill relatives or have a wife or husband with a disability of group III, now receive a deferment. Previously, this process took a lot of time due to the need to collect references and wait in queues.
Digitization made it possible to remove the excessive load on territorial procurement centers, freeing up personnel to perform priority mobilization tasks. The new system minimizes corruption risks and eliminates errors related to the human factor. In cases where automatic verification is not possible due to the lack of data in the registers, citizens can submit a corresponding application through the National Center for National Statistics.
On January 15, the Verkhovna Rada failed to pass a law on the introduction of a 12-month deferment from mobilization for military contractors aged 18-25.
Heads of institutions of general secondary education need to update data on teachers in the system of the software and hardware complex “Automated Information Complex of Educational Management” (AICOM) so that postponements from the draft continue automatically.
