“Today was the most difficult day for the energy system in Ukraine after the blackout in November 2022. Due to a combination of factors that caused constant shelling, namely, damage to generating equipment, broken distribution networks and transformers, constant enemy attacks on the entire power grid,” the former prime minister said.

He noted that the situation is extremely difficult. Energy companies are forced to continue to use emergency shutdowns.
