Thanks to the new function, units will be able to make more balanced decisions on the purchase of equipment – focusing not only on the technical characteristics, but also on the feedback of the soldiers on the effectiveness of drones in the field.
Each authorized user can score on a five -point scale – from 1 (“unsatisfactory”) to 5 (“Excellent”). Reviews can indicate advantages, disadvantages, ease of operation, quality of assembly and resistance to obstacles.
Currently, only the military can see the estimates, but in the future, manufacturers will have access to them – this will allow you to establish direct feedback between developers and users.
The Defense Ministry noted that the implementation of the rating system was a response to the request of the military who participated in the pilot project. This is only the first of the steps planned after polls and meetings with combat units.
