According to the Deputy Minister, TCC and JV, work in the Unified State Register of Oberig, which allows you to implement this principle without significant difficulties. “We are already talking to the General Staff, supporting the Presidential Office and the Cabinet of Ministers,” she said.
With regard to the VLK, Chernororenko noted that this would be realized a little later to ensure greater flexibility for the conscripts. “A medical examination will be able to go through any doctor, including a therapist or family doctor,” she added.
The introduction of a single electronic health care system will help ensure the extraterritorial principle of the HCP. This will quickly process data and display changes in state registers for citizens through the reserve+system.
In the context of data safety, Chernororenko emphasized that the system provides reliable protection. “The entrance point occurs through the reserve+, the data is not stored on the server part, but are transferred directly to the user device,” she said, assuring that the work on increasing the level of protection is ongoing.
