Four servicemen of one of the parts stationed in the Kyiv region at different times refused to execute the order to go into the war zone. The DBR staff declared them suspicion.
This was reported in the DBR. There were indicated there, that these military, despite their suitability, deliberately ignored the order, although their brothers went to the front.
All four servicemen were notified of suspicion under Article 402, Article 402 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – disobedience committed in martial law or in a combat situation. This threatens from 5 to 10 years in prison.
“The DBR emphasizes that the obligation to defend the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine is enshrined in Art. 65 of the Constitution of Ukraine. Persons who evade this duty, as well as those who commit other military crimes, will be responsible, regardless of office or military rank, ”militiamen added.
Earlier, the unemployed resident of Volyn received six months in prison for refusing a conscription during mobilization.
Three deputies of the Kyiv City Council chose a measure of restraint in the form of night arrest. They are in the case of evasion of military service.
