Reports are spreading in Chernivtsi about the probable end of the powers of the current head of the region against the background of reshuffles carried out by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi. In social networks, a possible candidate for the post of head of the Chernivtsi OVA has already been named – according to unofficial information, a high-ranking official from law enforcement agencies may become him.
Information about potential personnel changes in Bukovina was posted on Facebook.

Thus, the name of Ruslan Osypenko as the alleged new head of the Chernivtsi regional military administration was publicly heard for the first time in the regional information space.
Ruslan Ivanovich Osypenko was born on August 5, 1978 in the city of Artemivsk, Luhansk region (now Kypuche) in the family of a miner. He connected his professional activity with law enforcement agencies in the early 2000s.
He obtained a higher legal education at the Kyiv Institute of Internal Affairs at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, which he graduated in 2000, and later – a master’s degree at the National Academy of Sciences. In 2016, he defended his candidate’s thesis on criminal procedure and forensics, receiving the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences and the academic title of associate professor.
We will remind that the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, may have agreed to resign.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that he does not plan to replace the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybigu.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is considering the possibility of dismissing Vasyl Malyuk from the position of the head of the Security Service of Ukraine and his subsequent appointment to another strategic, but less important position.
