The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court considered the election of a preventive measure of Viceremier-Minister-Minister of National Unity Alexei Chernyshov, who is charged with abuse of office and an undue benefit.

During the court session, part of Chernyshov’s correspondence with the defendants of the corruption land scheme of one of the state -owned enterprises was announced. It was as if it were thanks to this scheme in 2022 that Chernyshov was able to get an apartment at Nice. The cost of a square meter for the participants of the scheme was from 1 to 8 thousand hryvnias, although the market price of such apartments – not less than 30 thousand hryvnias per square. Thus, Chernyshov received an undue benefit of more than UAH 14.5 million. Most apartments obtained under this scheme have already been arrested.
The official is in the case of allocation of land in the capital for development. According to the prosecutor, two investment contracts were signed, which was transferred to the land for residential development. According to these contracts, the value of the land indicates 2 mdn UAH, and the complex is more than 115 million UAH. At the same time, the market value of this land plot is UAH 570 million, and the facility of the complex is UAH 644 million.
Lawyers insist that the state has not been caused by the state referring to the report of any experts. They ask the amount of UAH 1 billion in losses: 120 apartments the state was to receive from the investor, but unfortunately did not receive. But their client here is nothing.
The lawyers were required to refuse any preventive measure.
We are talking about LCD – “KSM -Group”, NABU and SAP are suspected of Chernyshov in the transfer of the property complex (with the land for construction) of the State Enterprise “Ukrkomunoble” on the land plot at: ul. Tiraspolskaya, 43.
Earlier in the same suspicion, his former adviser, during his work, Minister of Regional Development Maxim Gorbatiuk, ex -state Secretary of the Ministry of Regional Development Vasyl Volodin, Kiev developer Sergey Kopistyr and his proxy Oleg Tatarenko.
Chernyshov himself did not wait for the court to leave the meeting room and the building of you. At this point, the judge was still in the conference room.
The announcement was postponed by 4:00 pm.
Recall that prosecutors of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office asked the court to choose a preventive measure for Chernyshov in the form of a pledge of 120 million UAH.
The first petition filed with the defendant’s lawyers was to ban the court in the courtroom to outsiders, that is, first of all the press.
On June 23, Alexey Chernyshov Nabu announced suspicion. He is charged with abuse of office and receiving undue benefits. According to the investigation, he, along with other high -ranking officials, organized a scheme for the transfer of the land plot to the capital at a low price, which could lead to more than one billion hryvnias.
