The director of the school of the village of Okhrimivka and two residents of the village of Rozivka was convicted of cooperation with the occupying authorities and propaganda of the symbolism of the Russian Federation, reports the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
The court found the former headmaster in the village of Okhrimivka, who in May 2022 agreed to cooperate with the occupying administration. She led the educational institution created by the invaders and introduced Russian education standards.
The woman was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy positions in the authorities for 15 years (Part 3 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
In addition, two residents of the village of Rozivka were sentenced to 5 years in prison with confiscation of property for public use of symbolism and propaganda of the totalitarian regime of the Russian Federation. They set the state flag of the aggressor country on the administrative building and proclaimed pro-Russian slogans (Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 436 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
