The High Council of Justice refused the removal of the Judge of the Economic Court of Kyiv Anatoly Ivchenko, suspected of financing the war of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the media.

According to the investigation, in 2012 Ivchenko made a decision in favor of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, having collected UAH 3.1 billion from Ukraine. Probably later, these funds were used in the war.

The GRP decided that the evidence was not enough to admit suspicion. He did not see the risks in his post.

Ivchenko himself states that his decision was confirmed by 11 more judges, and he considers the accusations of treason “pressure on the judicial system”.

We will remind, earlier the SBU reported suspicion to the heads of three regions of the Russian Federation for the implementation of financial and material support of units of Russian occupation troops in the temporarily captured territories of Ukraine.
