The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a resolution on the implementation of an experimental project on the creation of the Multi-apartment Building Management System (AMMS).
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine (Ministry of Development).
The management system of multi-apartment buildings is designed to minimize the negative impact of the human factor on management processes, in particular in terms of holding meetings of co-owners and publishing the minutes of these meetings. Thanks to digitalization, the corruption component is eliminated.
According to the ministry, the creation of the SUBB will allow for the introduction of a unified and digitized approach to the management of multi-apartment buildings, as well as increase access to information about the technical condition of common property. In addition, the system will allow collecting data for the implementation of housing policy at the local and state levels.
As part of the project, the Register of Management of Apartment Buildings will be created, as well as the qualifications of a manager (manager) of a residential building (group of buildings) will be approved. SUBB will also be integrated with the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.
The project, which will last for two years, will be implemented by the Ministry of Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Digital Transformation with the support of the project “Supporting Digital Transformation”, funded by USAID and UK Dev, as well as in partnership with the Eastern Europe Fund.
We will remind you that the Cabinet of Ministers approved a plan of measures to reform the school food system.
The reform of the school food system involves significant changes in the menu for students. In particular, there will no longer be such dishes as sausages in school canteens, but more healthy food will appear.
