As explained in the Defense Ministry, the Cabinet approved changes to Resolution No. 560 and thus changed the rules of passing the Military Medical Commission. Now the electronic referral to the VLK can be obtained without the signature of the head of the shopping center if the person wants to pass the commission himself.
The department believes that the protection of the rights of people with disabilities during interaction with the VLK is strengthened. In particular, the Tax Code is forbidden to send people with disabilities to the commission. From now on, they can undergo an examination exclusively voluntarily if, for example, they want to contract.
Also, the amendments to clarify the list of documents confirming the right to defer women and men who keep three or more children under 18 years of age.
“The changes made to the resolutions are important. They will help optimize and accelerate the passage of VLK. So people will be able to save their time, and the employees of the Tax Code – to reduce the number of administrative work, ” – said the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on digitalization Kateryna Chernnoroenko.
Earlier, the government has allowed to submit copies of medical opinions about children with disabilities up to 18 years, certified by social security, health care, pension fund or notary.
