It is also reported that the program “Student Package” can now participate in outlets all over Ukraine, whose POS terminals have the following MCC codes:
- 5641 – children’s clothing;
- 5651 – clothing for the whole family;
- 5661 – shoes;
- 5943 – stationery;
- 5942 – bookstores;
- 5192 – books, periodicals and newspapers.
In addition, the new version of the resolution stipulates that from January 1, 2026 will work a list of stores where you can buy goods for first -graders at the expense of the program.
This year, the program will last until November 15 – it is so far to apply for assistance online through the Action Application or in writing to the nearest Pension Fund Service Center.
You can use funds within 180 days after both offline and online stores, but payment is only cashless.
The Ministry of Social Policy also noted that Ukrainians who have already used the “Student Package”, most often buy clothes.
