The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for the use of public funds provided for the development of the network and the maintenance of public roads in 2025.
This was reported by a government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in a telegram.
“The distribution by the directions of use of funds in the amount of 12.6 billion hryvnias, provided in the state budget for the development of the network and maintenance of public roads in 2025,” he wrote.
The Government has approved:
- A list of objects of new construction, reconstruction and major repairs of public roads of national importance and the volume of their financing at the expense of the state budget provided for the development of the network and maintenance of public roads in 2025;
- List of objects and measures to build points of passage across the state border under the European Union Program “Communication Mechanism” (CEF) and objects that are implemented with the involvement of state borrowings in accordance with the procedure of use of funds provided in the state budget for development, development , restoration and provision of sustainable transport ties of road infrastructure, and volumes of their co -financing at the expense of the state budget in 2025;
- List of measures for development, construction, repair, arrangement, modernization and maintenance of checkpoints across the state border for road connection and volume of budget funds for their financing at the expense of the state budget provided for the development of the network and maintenance of public roads in 2025

In the Kharkiv region, police exposed financial equipment of officials for almost 20 million hryvnias for road repairs. The territorial community was damaged for almost UAH 20 million.
