The government has changed the conditions for granting subsidies

The Cabinet of Ministers has increased the maximum amount of expenses for the purchase of consumer goods for subsidy recipients, which allows them to claim payments. The Cabinet of Ministers has increased the maximum amount of expenses for the purchase of consumer goods for subsidy recipients, which allows them to claim payments.

This was announced in Telegram by the permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.

“Amendments have been made to the Regulation on the procedure for assigning housing subsidies, approved by the Resolution of the CMU dated 21.10.1995 N​848. The maximum amount of expenses for the purchase of consumer goods by recipients of housing subsidies has been changed, increasing it from 50 to 100 thousand hryvnias,” the message reads. .

In addition, the one-time payment limit, which allows you to claim a subsidy, has been increased to UAH 150,000 in the case of the purchase, in particular on credit, of generating plants that produce electricity from solar radiation and/or wind energy, and their components, and also taking into account the provisions of the Procedure for providing financial state support to individuals who install generating plants that produce electricity from alternative energy sources in their own households.

Changes were also made to the Regulation and Procedure for providing benefits for payment of housing and communal services, purchase of solid fuel and liquefied gas in monetary form, approved by Resolution of the CMU dated 04.17.2019 No. 373, regarding provision of information by providers of universal services to the Pension Fund of Ukraine about the existence of an agreement on purchase and sale of electricity at the “green tariff” to private households, which is concluded between the universal service provider and the owner (one of the owners with the consent of the other co-owners) of this private household.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers instructed the Ministry of Social Policy to develop a draft law, according to which housing subsidies will be maintained for families, if the cost of installed alternative power sources does not exceed UAH 150,000.

On October 25, in a traditional evening address, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced the start of a new program within the framework of the already active “e-Support”. From December 1, every Ukrainian will be able to receive 1,000 hryvnias from the state.

From December, Ukrainians will be able to receive a thousand hryvnias of state aid, which will be credited to the National Cashback card. The assistance will be financed from the funds of partners within the framework of existing programs that do not manage to be mastered by the end of the year.
