The Government supported the Ministry of Defense’s proposal to re -order the Ministry’s balances on strategic industries to strengthen the funding of the Drone Bonus Army.

Funding and work mechanism:
- Additional financing: the Ministry of Defense will receive more than UAH 2 billion of additional funds for the implementation of the project.
- Bonus Principle: Under this initiative, military units can accumulate points for the defeat of hostile goals.
- Procurement System: Accumulated points can be exchanged for UAVs and remedies of Ukrainian production on the Brave1 Market platform. Delivery will be through Dot-Chain Defense digital system.
According to Shmigal, this decision “extends the support of the military, continues digitalization and eliminates bureaucratic obstacles” so that the defenders receive the necessary equipment as quickly as possible.
Earlier Ministry of Defense codified and the domestic unmanned air aviation complex “Volynyak” was allowed to operate in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine invites allies to join the new program of financing, production and development of drones-interceptors. They can be used against enemy percussion drones.
