The Minister of Youth and Sports Matthew Poor believes that the critical outflow of young people abroad is not recorded in Ukraine, but opportunities for the development of young Ukrainians in the country more than abroad.
The poor said this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
When asked about the mass departure of young people after a permit for this 18-22-year-old, the poor answered negatively, referring to the analysis of statistics of the State Border Guard Service. “We do not see a critical outflow. We analyzed the statistics of the State Border Service and we do not see a critical increase in trips. First, we see a seasonal factor. With the onset of autumn, training begins, business processes intensify, ”the poor said.
He suggested that some young people could go to study with plans to return for self -realization in Ukraine. According to various reports, after the start of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation, 1.7 million young people went abroad, many of whom were students who could not return without risk not to go back to study.
At the same time, the minister is convinced that in Ukraine opportunities for self -realization and careers are much more than abroad. “I am convinced that it is much easier to realize myself in Ukraine than abroad, where social roles are established. There will never be such opportunities for Ukrainian self -realization and career as in Ukraine, ”the poor said.
He urged young people to return “with skills, with European education” and to build organizations, to create startups. The Minister also invited the youth to the civil service and reminded the requests of business for employment of young people.
The poor also reported that all the opportunities for young people are collected on the Easy portal, where you can find offers from employers, volunteer projects, grants for their own business, housing and other self -realization tools.
