The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the changes to Resolution No. 303, which allow the state architectural and construction control bodies (DABC) to conduct unscheduled inspections at individual objects without the need for a separate decision of the relevant ministry.
This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development.
These changes simplify the mechanism of state supervision in the field of construction, which was temporarily suspended after the outbreak of full-scale war.
Unscheduled inspections will be allowed only in two cases:
As noted in Mingromad, the strengthening of control will help to guarantee the accessibility of each new facility. In addition, these changes will ensure transparent and targeted use of budget funds, as well as quality and safe construction.
Unscheduled on-site inspections of energy and utility companies are also being resumed in Ukraine.
The State Customs Service of Ukraine will temporarily not carry out documentary checks of enterprises that have the status of authorized economic operators (AEO), as well as business entities with an insignificant degree of risk. Exceptions are companies working with excise goods.
