It was found that the suspect was a local freelancer who remotely recruited the FSB through a familiar from the occupied Crimea.

The Russians promised her to “evacuate” to the Russian Federation after the third countries after completing the tasks – they planned to use the data obtained for terrorist attacks and missile attacks against the capital.
