At night, the temperature indicators will be even more severe, in some places dropping to 9-12 degrees below zero, but the frosty freshness will be complemented by pleasant sunny clearings.

Before the start of the holiday cooling, on Tuesday, December 23, the temperature will still be close to zero throughout Ukraine, and it will traditionally be somewhat warmer in Transcarpathia and Crimea. On this day, the western, northern and central regions can expect light snow, while residents of the southern and eastern regions should not expect precipitation. In the capital, Tuesday will also pass below zero temperature with light snow, which will gradually change to frost and clear skies already in the evening.
On the festive days of December 24 and 25, the weather in Kyiv and most regions will become significantly more stable and sunnier. Thanks to clearing, the frosts will not feel too prickly, which will create excellent conditions for walks or attending holiday services. The bright and frosty nature of the weather this year will emphasize the solemnity of the holiday, giving the feeling of a real fairy tale without exhausting blizzards or ice.
In Ukraine on Tuesday, December 23, light wet snow is expected in some places, in Odesa – with rain. And at night, the temperature in the northeast is 2-7 degrees of frost.
