The Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGVFO) has already paid out UAH 60.6 million to depositors of JSC “RVS Bank”. Payments concern individuals and individual entrepreneurs.

The total guaranteed amount of compensation in “RVS Bank” JSC is UAH 293.9 million. Payments of the guaranteed sums began on November 24, 2025.
Guaranteed compensation is provided for bank deposit contracts, the validity period of which expired as of the end of the day on November 4, 2025 (the day before the start of the withdrawal of the bank from the market), as well as for bank account contracts (current accounts).
According to Roman Koziy, the deputy managing director of the FGVFO, the fund has enough resources for 100% reimbursement of all funds to the bank’s depositors. He emphasized that the deposit guarantee system is one of the most successful insurance mechanisms in Ukraine, protecting citizens’ money.
During martial law and within three months after its lifting, a 100% refund with interest is guaranteed in case of bank insolvency.
Reimbursement can be obtained through the “Diya” mobile application (the “Return of deposits” option), online services of agent banks, and in person at a branch of one of the banks cooperating with the FGVFD.
According to Koziy, more than 96% of depositors who applied have already received their funds.
Prior to this, the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund (FGVFO) suspended for a few days the payment of the guaranteed amount of compensation to depositors of liquidated banks.
