According to him, three injured are in the hospital. One of the victims has lost two limbs and is in a serious condition in intensive care. The girl was also injured in the middle state of severity and a guy who was injured.
The mayor noted that a minor student was killed as a result of the explosion.
The second explosion, according to Martsinkov, happened about 100 meters from the place of the first, after which the roof of the building caught fire. There were four people inside, they were not injured or needed hospitalization.
“In the first case, the explosive device worked, in the second – probably an explosive device. But while the police are exploring all the conclusions, ”Martsinkov said.
He added that a number of working versions are being considered on the circumstances of the explosions. The mayor did not exclude the involvement of special services of the Russian Federation.
“There are a number of working versions – from the careless handling of other versions, which may have been involved in Moscow special services. It is impossible to speak yet because there is an investigation, ”the mayor said.
It should be reminded that at least two explosions occurred in Ivano-Frankivsk on March 11. Police and rescuers work on the spot.
