The lawyers were addressed by a citizen who enters graduate school. The man wondered if he was entitled to a deferral, if he had previously studied at this level, but was dismissed at his own request.
Lawyer Yuri Aivazian, commenting on this situation, emphasized that a deferral can be obtained, but this case will not be very simple, in particular, because he has to go to court.
“You will need to regulate the deferral in court, since EEBO will state that you violate the sequence of education,” Aivazan stressed.
The lawyer added that compliance with the principle of education sequence, which is certified by the EEBO certificate, is the main condition for the design of a deferral for students.
