Investigators discovered that the family of the former head of the Volyn TCC Oleg Kyvlyuk may be hiding significant undeclared assets. After his release from the ZSU, Kyvlyuk took a position at the utility company “Lutskspecskomuntrans”.
The Kyvlyuks did not show in their declarations the expensive 2017 Porsche Cayenne car that they actually use, although it is registered to Kyiv businesswoman Alina Malenka. Later, the displayed explanations raised suspicions about the actual use of the car, informs Center for journalistic investigations.
The investigation also reveals that the family lives in an official apartment provided to Kyvlyuk by the Ministry of Defense and owns an unfinished estate in Volodymyr that has not been declared.
In general, the family’s expenses for new cars and the use of Porsche badges far exceed the declared income, even taking into account the large compensation that Kivlyuk received after his dismissal. The anti-corruption center announced its intention to apply to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption to check the financial activities of the mentioned persons.
