The Ukrainian energy system is under constant pressure due to shelling and needs international assistance.

This is stated in a message from DTEK on its LinkedIn page.

“Ukraine’s energy system is still under constant pressure, and recovery is an urgent task that requires international support and partnership!”, the message states.

DTEK emphasized that against this background, the presence of the company at the international exhibition ReBuild Ukraine 2025 is important.

“At ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy, our team meets with partners who help us maintain the system today and prepare for tomorrow,” said DTEK.

Oleksiy Povolotskyi, head of the energy infrastructure restoration office at DTEK, took part in the panel on improving Ukraine’s energy sustainability.

He talked about the equipment that Ukraine urgently needs from countries such as Poland, Romania, Croatia and Greece, the possibility of developing the supply chain between the EU and Ukraine, and how international support can speed up recovery and protect critical infrastructure.

Russia has again launched a massive missile-drone attack on energy facilities in seven regions of Ukraine, including Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Cherkasy and Donetsk.
