From the materials of criminal proceedings it turns out that in the Dnieper shopping center of Kiev there may be a corruption scheme to evade mobilization to the Armed Forces. As the investigation showed, he received a certificate of unfit for military service on August 23, 2022, although he was in Montenegro on this day thousands of kilometers from the Kiev military enlistment office.
Recall that by by official documents August 23 2022 he passed Military Medical Commission in the Dniprovsky District Tax Code and JV in Kyiv at ul. Yuri amendment, 14-A. As a result of the medical examination, he was declared unsuitable for military service and was removed from military accounting.
