Payment should be made at the expense of local budgets, it added.
“Treaties between communities and private electronic diaries have been concluded. Payment is made. So the question – were they eligible to set an additional fee for parents? We will find out this issue, ”Leshchyk said.
The Ombudsman believes that communities should work out the possibility of termination of the contract for violation of its conditions.
“Parents, together with educators, look at the possibility of using a state free electronic service, where an electronic journal and a diary are built -in – a dream!” Leshchyk explained.
Earlier, the head of the parliamentary financial committee Danilo Getmantsev promised to deal with the newly introduced payment for using an electronic diary and urged citizens to not rush to pay for this service.
“I get a referral from parents to introducing a fee for using a school diary. 50 UAH. per month. I do not advise parents to hurry to pay. Something suggests that he will get rid of “business”, – he wrote in the telegram.
Before that, users have complained that the Educational Platform “Single School” has complained that the electronic diary was paid. Instead, the service administration assured that the conditions for schools, teachers and children have not changed.
“All conditions for using the system for schools, educators and children remain unchanged. You can use the browser version of the program for free; Or view the grades in the child’s version without additional payment, ”the administration said in the comments.
Earlier it was reported that since September 1, the state stopped allocated an educational subsidy for about 600 schools, with less than 45 students left.
