On January 8, the selling rate of the dollar in Ukrainian exchange offices and banks increased by 23 kopecks compared to the previous working day (January 7) and reached 43.23 hryvnias.

As of the morning of January 8, the average selling rate of the euro increased by 37 kopecks to 50.57 hryvnias.
In exchange offices, the dollar is bought at an average of 42.55 hryvnias (+0.15 hryvnias compared to the exchange rate of the previous working day), euros at 49.81 hryvnias (+0.31 hryvnias).
At the interbank, as a result of trading on January 7, the dollar exchange rate was at the level of 42.91 – 42.94 hryvnias per dollar (buying and selling), which is 34 kopecks higher than at the closing of the trading session on January 6. The interbank exchange rate for the euro was 50.20-50.22 hryvnias (the buying rate was higher by 34 kopecks compared to the values of the previous day).
