On the weekend of January 31 and February 1, 2026, temporary service interruptions are possible on the portal and in the Diya application. The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine conducts scheduled updates of state registers, which is necessary for the stable and safe operation of digital services in the future. Since most of the “Actions” administrative services interact directly with the registers of the Ministry of Justice, access to them will be limited or completely closed during technical works.
This was reported by the press service of the portal.
More than 25 popular services are expected to be subject to technical restrictions, including:
-
FOP operations (registration, making changes, termination of activity);
-
“eRenovation”, “eOselya” and “eEntrepreneur” services;
-
ordering certificates, extracts, and repeated certificates from the DRATS (about birth, marriage, divorce);
-
registration of rights to real estate and obtaining information from the relevant register;
-
obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register (USR);
-
re-registration of vehicles and construction services;
-
marriage online and applying for subsidies.
Technical work will not affect the display of already existing digital documents in the application, but it will be impossible to generate new extracts or submit applications during the specified period. The Actions team recommends that users perform all urgent operations in advance or postpone them until the upgrade is complete. The services will automatically return to full operation immediately after the successful update of the Ministry of Justice databases.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has warned about planned technical work in the Unified electronic register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists “Oberig”.
We will remind you why not everyone has photos in “Rezerv+” and who won’t get them at all.
