The official was found guilty of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 14, (preparation for a criminal offense), h 3 of Art. 27 (. Organization of a criminal offense), Part 2 of Art. 28 (committing a crime by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) and Part 3 of Art. 369 (proposal, promise or undue benefit) of the Criminal Code.
In addition, Wax has adopted sentences on two persons suspected of funding in this case. One of them received a similar punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 4 years with the confiscation of half of the property. Instead, the court found it to be innocent and acquitted, due to the lack of consciousness of committing a criminal offense.
