SAP reported that today, January 9, Kormyshkinia was informed of a new suspicion. This time, the subject of the declaration intentionally entered inaccurate information in the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
The investigation established that in the declaration for 2023, Kormyshkina did not include information about the residential building in which she lives, and land plots near Odesa worth more than 17 million hryvnias, which were purchased with unsubstantiated assets.
“It should be noted that the fact that a People’s Deputy of Ukraine acquired assets that exceed the official income and savings for this period by more than 20 million hryvnias is the subject of an investigation by the SAP and NABU,” the SAP said.
On October 16, the prosecutor of the SAP reported on the suspicion of illegal enrichment to the current People’s Deputy of Ukraine Iryna Kormyshkinia (Allahverdieva). The investigation established that in 2021-2022, the people’s deputy acquired assets, namely a house, which exceeded her official income and savings for this period by more than UAH 20 million.
