Due to the fact that the suspects are hiding in the temporarily occupied territory, the pre -trial investigation was conducted in absentia. The investigating judge was chosen by a pre -trial detention measure. This will detain them immediately after the Crimea and Sevastopol territory is being taken. For the crimes, the accused threatens life imprisonment.
Earlier it was reported that about 20 security forces continue to work in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, who are charged with crimes against participants in the Revolution of Dignity. Law enforcement officers are trying to delay the referral to the court.
