“At the end of 2022, on the basis of counterfeit documents for 14 land plots of forestry purposes of one of the forestry of the SE “Forests of Ukraine” The ownership of individuals was registered, ”OGP notes.
In order to return this land to state property, prosecutors of the specialized environmental prosecutor’s office prepared three claims and proved the illegality of their departure from state property in court, the message said.
Currently, the decisions of the Vyzhnytsia District Court of Chernivtsi region have two claims in full, one of the decisions has already been fully executed and 8 land plots have been returned to state property. Another prosecutor’s claim against 6 sections is under consideration in the same court.
“In general, more than 300 claims were filed in the protection of forest resources in the current year for a total area of more than 7.5 thousand hectares,” OGP added.
Earlier it was reported that the court seized seven hotels and two trade and entertainment centers belonging to a group of companies and persons related to the criminal organization “Luzhnikov”, whose founders are, in particular, the deputy chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and two other Russian citizens.
