The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv announced a verdict on the famous public figure Mustafa-Masy Nayem-he was found guilty of driving a vehicle in a state of alcohol or narcotic intoxication.
The court decided to impose a fine of UAH 17 thousand on the amount of UAH 17 thousand, as well as deprivation of his right to drive a car for one year.
In addition to the basic punishment, a court fee in the amount of UAH 605 will be charged. The court made this decision after the administrative case, opened on May 13.
The police then recorded the fact of driving a car in a state of intoxication, which became the basis for bringing to justice.
The protection of interests in court was carried out by the lawyer of Oblettov, who works at the Miller agency – the same law firm cooperates with Nayem himself.
During the trial, the lawyer tried to prove the absence of a client, but the court found evidence of the party to the prosecution sufficient to make an indictment.
