Kyiv Commercial Court ordered LLC “BK KBB” to pay 28.24 million UAH for the supply of substandard combat helmets and protective vests for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The decision was made in favor of the Department of Volyn Military Administration.
About it testifies court decision of August 28.
-
In March 2022, the Office ordered two parties of protective equipment for a total amount 28.24 million UAH.
-
Forensic and economic expertise showed that all helmets and vests are poor. In particular, they “cannot be used by military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their intended purpose.”
-
Examination of bulletproof vests revealed “different forms of plates, different sizes and geometry”, which indicates a non -conscious way of manufacturing.
-
Sholoma examination found that they do not correspond to the first class of protection, that is, they do not perform their main function – do not protect the head from the defeat of firearms.
The court fully satisfied the claim of the prosecutor’s office, obliging the company “BC KBB” to repay the funds. The owner of the company is Dmitry Nesteruk.
Meanwhile, the Pavlograd Chemical Plant, which previously supplied the Armed Forces of Ukraine with low -quality mortar mines, received a large state contract again.
