The lawyer and the prosecutor were present in court, Verbitsky himself did not appear. The defender of the former Deputy Prosecutor General refused to comment to journalists, citing the lack of permission of his client.
Recall that ex-deputy prosecutor General Dmitry Verbitsky, released after accusations of illegal enrichment of UAH 29 million, tries to protect his “honor and dignity” in court against the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
