The Chamber of Appeal of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court left a measure of restraint in the form of arrest for People’s Deputy Victor Bondar. It can also get out of UAH 75.7 million.

“The WACS Appeal Chamber of Appeal considered the appeal of the defense party against the decision of the investigating judge of the WACS dated 08.04.2025 on the extension of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the term of action of a pre -trial detention in the form of detention with an alternative to bail in the amount of UAH 75.7 million. As a result of the consideration of the panel of judges APSCS, without satisfying the appeal of the party of the defense, and the decision of the investigating judge of VAKS – unchanged, ”the message reads.
As stressed in court, the decision has come into force from the moment of proclamation and appeal in cassation.
