“On April 15, 2025, the panel of judges of the Judicial Chamber for the consideration of criminal cases of the Kyiv Court considered the appeals filed by the party of defense against the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersk district court of Kyiv of March 20, 2025, which partially satisfied the request 2025 inclusive, with the simultaneous determination of the pledge of UAH 179,863 200, ”the message reads.
In the case of pledge on the suspect, the duties provided for in part five of Article 194 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine will be listed.
According to the results of the appeal, the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv of March 20, 2025 was left unchanged, and the appeals of the defense party – without satisfaction.
Earlier, Borisov was dismissed after the media was released by information that his family had purchased on the Spanish real estate and car on millions of dollars during a full -scale war.
On July 22, the former Odessa troops were suspected of illegal enrichment of hundreds of millions of hryvnias and in deliberate evasion of service.
In December 2023, the real estate of the Odessa military committee in Spain – Villa and the office space was seized. The court also arrested 9 plots, two houses, homeowners, two apartments and 1/3 of the apartment, 6 elite cars.
On May 30, 2024, the court elected the former Chief of the Odessa Regional Criminal Code and the JV preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail of UAH 140 million.
