It is noted that in 2023-2024 Nikolaiuk was the chief specialist of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. At the beginning of March 2024, he was involved in confidential cooperation by the leadership of the General Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
On March 7, 2024, Nikolaiuk sent a curator with a reference to Google Maps with the coordinates of the military unit. He also sent a mobile phone number and a photo of Lieutenant Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and reported the place of deployment of personnel of the military unit.
The accused for several days conveyed detailed information to the Russian curators: the structure and tasks of the volunteer formation of the Tergromad of Kiev, a photo of the certificate and chevron, as well as the technical characteristics of the FPV-punks used by the Ukrainian military. On March 25, 2024, he sent a picture of the inner courtyard of the Kiev Regional State Administration and urged the enemy to strike the building, claiming that there would be no civilians after 18:00. At the end of March he was detained, but in May 2025 there was an exchange, after which the trial continued without his presence.
The SBU found that the man was in the field of view of special services for more than ten years, earlier held positions in Zhytomyr and headed the local link of the pro -Russian organization. Already in 2023, he actively maintained connection with the Russian agent, regularly sending information on the deployment of units of the Armed Forces and the consequences of Russian shelling, in particular in the capital.
It should be reminded that the Security Service of Ukraine, together with the State Border Service, exposed the scheme of evasion of mobilization, organized by one of the heads of the Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice.
The Security Service has assembled an evidence of a high -ranking official of the Russian troops, which participated in the organization of the undermining of the Kakhovsky Hydroelectric power plant on a temporarily occupied Left Bank of Kherson region.
