The Kyiv Pechersk Court left without the satisfaction of the lawyer of the former commander of the 155th brigade Dmitry Rumin to abolish the suspicion.
The lawyer Rymshina argued that the military had no obligation to check mobilized for administrative responsibility, and the lists with information were fake and retroactively sent.
According to him, the actions of the excander did not cause significant harm and had no intent, and the prosecution did not provide any orders or evidence of intention.
The prosecutor Yavdokimenko stated in court that the grounds for notification of suspicion were checked by investigators during the pre -trial investigation, and all justification is sufficient.
Judge Tatiana Gurtova refused to protect the petition, leaving the suspicion in force.
Earlier, the case of the company commander and two police officers of the Sevastopol special unit “Berkut” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which during the Maidan made the first shots for protesters on February 20, 2014 on Institutskaya Street, was sent to court.
