The Cassation Administrative Court in the Supreme Court granted Petro Poroshenko’s request so that the President’s office provides the evidence used for the NSDC sanctions on him.

The Cassation Administrative Court, as part of the Supreme Court, began considering Poroshenko’s claim for appealing the sanctions imposed on him on February 12. Representatives of the Presidential Office, the Cabinet of Ministers arrived at the meeting and did not arrive at the NSDC, Minister of Economy.
The Court decided to satisfy Poroshenko’s lawyers, to demand evidence from the President’s office, who were used to impose sanctions on Poroshenko.
