Truskavets city court of Lviv region found guilty of hooliganism a 14-year-old schoolgirl who beat a boy with disabilities in the company of other children and filmed it in video.
According to the sentence, the girl in the form of punishment was prescribed a year of probation. According to the investigation, at the end of March, a group of children aged 11 to 14 was beating an 18-year-old boy with disabilities. The students struck the young man, offended and pulled his pants. The attack was filmed on video and spread on the Internet.
On this fact, the police opened criminal proceedings under part two of Article 296 of the Criminal Code – hooliganism committed by a group of persons. The court found that a group of children acted “with exceptional cynicism” during the attack on the boy and intended to “be a person who is in a helpless state” by his public humiliation.
Subsequently, the participant of the attack was reported suspected of committing a criminal offense. Other persons who are not reached the age of criminal liability, so they can apply compulsory educational measures.

In the White Church of the Kiev region, the police retrained the actions of all seven participants of the beating of a 12-year-old girl. Law enforcement officers are investigating.
