According to the materials of the SBU for 10 years, the prison was received in absentia by Russian actor Dmitry Pevtsov.
According to the SBU, the convicted person is a deputy of the State Duma of Russia and is part of the circle of “public figures” close to the Kremlin, who openly support the full -scale invasion of the racists.
It is documented how Pevtsov has repeatedly spread anti -Ukrainian narratives during mass events with the participation of Putin.
The attacker also often spoke on the central TV channels of the Russian Federation, where he called for the seizure of state power and the entire territory of Ukraine. In addition, in an interview with Russian propagandists, Pevtsov told how he personally “voted for the annexation” of temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.
Among other things, he denied the military crimes of the racists in the temporarily captured territories of our country, in particular in Mariupol. On the basis of the evidence of the security service collected by investigators, the court found Pevtsov in absentia under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ Part 3 of Art. 109 (actions aimed at a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or the seizure of state power);
▪️ Part 2 of Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
▪️ Art. 436 (propaganda of war).
The attacker is sentenced to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
Earlier in Ternopil and Cherkasy, three cars were detained, which operated on the Russian Federation. They searched for easy earnings on social networks, and their goals were cars that were maintained after performing combat missions on the front line.
