According to Karpenko, the court obliged the pre -trial detention center to provide Shufrych treatment in a medical institution. The lawyer explained that it was said that the people’s deputy would be taken to the hospital for several hours under the escort, he will not go to the hospital.
On May 14, the court considered the continuation of a preventive measure, but could not determine its replacement or continuation. Before the beginning of the meeting, Shufrych himself stated that the preparatory court hearing for the merits of the merits, which lasted nine months, would have to start again, as the presiding judge was replaced.
