Andriy Anatoliyovych Tupikov was appointed head of the Counterintelligence Department of the SBU by presidential decree.

Andriy Tupikov is a major of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and has significant service experience. In particular, on August 13, 2015, he was awarded the Order of Danylo Halytskyi for personal courage and heroism shown during hostilities and loyalty to the military oath, as well as during the performance of official duties.
