Today, November 20, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety draft law number 11281 on ensuring the housing rights of internally displaced persons. 258 deputies voted “for”.
People’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this in Telegram.
At the same time, People’s Deputy Pavlo Frolov noted that the draft law provides for the creation of an information base of habitable housing in the form of a public interactive map.
It will provide information about the technical condition of the object, its photo, the number of places to live, the volume of potential investments to bring it into a habitable state.
It is assumed that the resettled people will be able to choose the object where they would like to live, and the authorities will be able to communicate with international organizations regarding the necessary repairs and commissioning of the object.
Internally displaced persons will be able to apply for residence approximately six months after the law comes into force.
In addition, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 11410 in general on the deprivation of state awards for traitors to Ukraine.
Also, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading draft law No. 12178, which provides for the liquidation of medical and social expert commissions (MSEK).
