The Verkhovna Rada will in the near future consider in the second reading a bill that softens punishment for violators of military accounting.
About it writes a forensic law newspaper, which has analyzed after the first reading of the edition to the bill 12093. It is proposed to stimulate violators of military accounting before payment of fines and military service.
Thus, if the fined for violation of military accounting goes to military service, the case will be closed, and the fine will be canceled.
You who have been fined, but within 10 calendar days will voluntarily pay a fine (but does not go to the army), will receive a 50% discount – that is, pay 8500 UAH instead of 17 thousand UAH. To do this, a person must contact the CCC (or to the central administration or regional body of the Security Service of Ukraine, authorized by the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine of the SZR unit) in which he is registered, with a statement in which the person states that:
- does not challenge a permitted violation
- and agree to administrative responsibility in its absence.
The said statement shall be submitted personally in writing or through the electronic office of the conscript, the conscript, the reserve in the reserve+.
In case of non -payment of a fine within 30 days, it will be forcibly charged.
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice explained that when the summons will return to the untouched, a fine should be imposed on the evasant, in the event of non -payment of which will be opened enforcement proceedings to recover money from accounts.
